When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

3Ordering and Deliveries

Our delivery services are subject to availability and location constraints. Please review the following rules regarding your orders:

• Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are perfectly accurate to avoid delays.
• Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they enter the 'Preparing' status in the kitchen.
• Refunds: Refunds for missing or incorrect items will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Steakrabs and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and foreign countries.
